If you are already in the centre of the town, follow signs for Stadio and when you are in that area be careful: DO NOT FOLLOW "Stadio Tifoseria Ospiti" (Stadium side Supporters- Guests) but FOLLOW ONLY the simple sign of STADIO or CENTRO SPORTIVO COMUNALE (do not enter in their parking, but go on to the main way so that you can see a Esso petrol station and then you will find our hotel on the left).

If you are not yet in the centre town, it's better (expecially because it's the shortest way) to follow indication to SANSEPOLCRO, so that you take the ring road around Arezzo; go on with this direction until you can see on your right indication for a small place called Santa Firmina (PAY ATTENTION: don't turn there, it' s only a reference point) and few hundred meters after you will see a flashing sign of Dangerous Crossroads on the left side (with the indication mt 200); turn there on the left because our hotel is located few hundred meters forwards (at this crossroads you can also see the indication for hotels in the monumental area "Alberghi Zona Monumentale").

Exit at Arezzo and follow signs to Arezzo until the end of the connection (approximately 9 km). Then follow signs to Sansepolcro for about 4 km when you will see a flashing sign of dangerous crossroads on the left side (with the indication mt 200); turn there on the left because our hotel is just few hundred meters far (at this crossroads you can also see the indication for hotels in the monumental area "Alberghi Zona Monumentale").

Coming from South, exit at Città di Castello and follow signs to Arezzo (42 km), then turn on the right at the first sign for Arezzo (few hundred meters before you can see a flashing sign of dangerous crossroads on the right side (with the indication mt 350); turn there because our hotel is located few hundred meters forwards.
If you come from North, exit at Sansepolcro and follow signs to Arezzo "Arezzo via Monterchi" (it's better to avoid the other road leading to Arezzo "Arezzo via Libbia" crossing Anghiari because it reaches the northern side of Arezzo, letting difficult the arrival to our hotel) for 35 km then turn right at the first road sign for Arezzo (few hundred meters before you can see a flashing sign of Dangerous Crossroads on the right side (with the indication mt 350); turn there because our hotel is located few hundred meters forwards.
