RESTAURANT
The restaurant is directly run by the Volpi family who has been in this field for more than thirty years. It is composed by three connected little halls overlooking the garden where during the summer dinner is served by candlelight in the wonderful view terrace.
We offer the best dishes according to local tradition with a particular care to local raw materials.
Local salami, homemade pasta, grandma soups, and then also a great barbecue where to cook delicious grilled meat and to end with a flourish a country pudding or a delightful tart with jam made with seasonal fruit growing spontaneously in the garden.
The Volpi family has always been tied to the countryside life therefore it is also occupied in the management of the family farm located in Valdichiana where the red wine, the “vinsanto” (sweet white raisin wine) and extra virgin olive-oil come from.
The Restaurant is also at non-guests disposal and the service is à la carte. It is opened every evening except from Wednesdays and during Sunday evenings.
